St. Augustine, FL – Southern Wesleyan finished in 12th place after the second round of play in 2019 Women's Spring Kick-Off Intercollegiate on Monday. The Warriors shot +47 which was the same score they shot yesterday.

How It Happened
Claire Page led the Warriors again today by shooting 77 to give her a total round score of 157 and allow her to finish in a tie for 23rd. Page had two birdies on the day which was tied for a team high. The native of South Carolina was -1 through the front nine but ended up shooting +6 on the back nine.
Freshman Kaylia McIntyre shot the second-best score of the day by shooting an 85 to put her in 52nd place with a total round score of 169. McIntyre was followed by Tatiana Tait. Tait finished in third on the team and was 54th overall after shooting an 87 on the second day to give her a 173 total round score. Tait also had two birdies on the day which tied Claire Paige for a team high.
In fourth for the Warriors, Madelyn Edwards finished in a tie for 55th with a total round score of 176. Sophomore Jesse Dalton finished fifth on the team by shooting 86 in the second round to give her a total round score of 177.
The Warriors' next tournament will be the Battle at Hilton Head in Hilton Head, SC on February 25 and 26. They will then take part in the Coker Spring Invitational on March 18 and 19.
